Experience with support has been helpful - working with Alex, Andre, and Sweetan. I generally receive a response fairly quickly. Sweetan has always been super helpful in being able to make the changes on my behalf, based on the information I've provided without me having to do them.

The customer service during set up was incredible. I am not the most savvy person on Shopify, but Clark led me along the way and made the implementation seamless! Thanks Clark! We’re thrilled that the setup process was seamless and that the app has been easy to implement, even if Shopify isn’t your usual area. Thanks for sharing your experience! 🌟
