why do my listing get duplicated by your app, it is messing up my inventory and shop

Hi, We’re really sorry to hear about the issues you experienced - that’s definitely not the kind of experience we want for our merchants 🙏 The behavior you mentioned comes from our older mode, which worked this way only because, at the time, Shopify didn’t provide any native way for apps to add paid product options to checkout. Fortunately, this is no longer needed. We’ve recently introduced a new option - CTA Mode (powered by Shopify native Cart Transform API) - which works completely differently and avoids creating any cloned products or extra variants. For months (including the holiday season), this app has caused a hiccup in customers being able to add my products to cart. As an online retailer, that is detrimental to my business. On COUNTLESS occasions I reached out to customer support with absolutely 0 help. Uninstalling and very disappointed.
