The app and offer set-up was not as easy as I expected and required support help to set everything up. The UI / UX needs some improvement. The support team though was amazing and the help I received from David and Anne was absolutely fantastic.
We've just started to use the app so it might be too early to tell but so far the experience has been really good. We got excellent customer support by Melissa, who was very patient and helpful regarding all our requests for customizing their Low Stock feature to fit our website.

i received excellent service, very quick, great info..i am not easy , and still ANDRII made it happen!! i addressed him with multiply question and not easy one and he solved all of them
