This app never clearly stated in its plan details that it only allows access to 20 Amazon reviews. I consider this deceptive, tricking users into upgrading their plans. After realizing even the upgraded plan couldn't meet my needs, I emailed to request a refund but received no response whatsoever. We’re sorry for your experience and truly appreciate your feedback. We’ve updated our plan details to make limits clearer and are improving our support response time. Please reach out again — we’ll make sure your issue is resolved promptly.
The plugin is quite user-friendly, and customer support responds promptly. The only drawback is the limited import capacity—currently only 10 entries are supported
