Very flexible app with a lot of possibilities, even for more complex shipping setups. We use different rules for DTC, B2B, plants, products and mixed carts, and HideShip gives us the flexibility to manage all of this properly. We also had an intermittent issue that was difficult to reproduce, and their support team went above and beyond by checking the Shopify Function logs and identifying the exact cause. Their investigation helped us resolve the problem quickly. Great app, very powerful, and excellent support.

Customer support is on point! They answer right away and get things fixed in an instant. I have not yet seen the app working (still doing its thing), but I'm already impressed by the setup window and customer support (thanks, Anoop).
