Easy to use, highly customisable and top-notch support on hand. We're now using it on both of our sites. Cheaper feeds apps exist but they're either very limited or fiendishly difficult to use. Highly recommended.

Great app, great support. Highly configurable and we can control the preorder variants and lead times through the included API. We came to PreProduct after trialling several other preorder apps which didn't work with our theme, or had no API, or had an extortionate commission % on orders, or a poor support response. This one does everything we need at a sensible price and comes with prompt and helpful UK-based support. Oli helped us fix a couple of issues while we were preparing for launch. For context we're a Shopify Plus site using the Scale plan on the app, but it looks like it'd work well for larger or smaller sites too.
