I had a fantastic experience with icart and their support team, especially Manoj! I was setting up an upsell offer and ran into a couple of challenges regarding product variant and replacing an existing product with spell variant product. Manoj was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient and providing clear guidance to help me get everything set up properly. What really stands out about iCart is the number of customizations available in the editor. The app is incredibly flexible, allowing for tailored upsell strategies that fit my business needs. On top of that, the support team provides help on work with product upsells, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Appalling support and endless technical issues. We've relied on Judge.me for the past 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but we're done. They duped us into their paid plan by promising collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they blame a 'technical glitch' for why reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) aren’t showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It's been three days of massive sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our plight. Still no solution, so we’re forced to find another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.
