I was trying to implement a combination of a quantity brake and a mix & match bundle, which I didn't manage to do. I scheduled a call with the support team and the colleague - Shri - helped me tremendously. He recognized that what I am trying to do is better done by their other app - Fly Bundles. I installed it on my store and he made a draft bundle with me to show me how it's supposed to work. Thanks a lot and I will definitely recommend this developer to other stores.

After installing and activating the subscription plan, the app informed me that it doesn't support my theme - Impact from Maestrooo. I have contacted the devs twice, without anybody responding.
