The overall benefit I'm getting from the app is immense. It's extremely easy to use. Installed. Connected platforms. Done. Great content on autopilot. Also their customer service is responsive and helpful. The burden off my shoulder allows me to focus on other areas of my shop without social media falling off.
Great app, simple to use and effective. I can push announcements out quickly and grab customers attention.
