I switched over from another app that was costing me $19.99 USD per month, and this has been far better value. There are loads more widgets available, and I really like that the pricing scales with your order volume. Customer support has also been excellent — both times I contacted them I received a response within seconds. Absolutely cannot fault the app or the team behind it. 10/10.

I've just downloaded the Tapita app and was slightly hesitant at first as i didn't know what i was doing... that's when the chat opened up and i queried whether i could do something via the app. I was allocated the CSA called Lani who was AMAZING in helping me with what i wanted. Not only did they explain how to do it, but they helped do it for me! I'm s glad i stuck with the app and even happier that i was allocated Lani to help me. Thank you again Lani!!!
