I've send them multiple messages but never got a single reply. The app does a decent job but not very user friendly and has a lot of limitiations. Edit: over 1 month later still no reply, not even on new messages. So changed to 1 star.
Never been a big fan of the Brevo Editor. But after the last update everything became so hard to edit it takes me more then double the time to make a newsletter. Don't recommend.
Just started using the app. Ben from the helpdesk responded really quickly, and everything works for now.
