Excellent app to process your returns! The team helped us to set up our complex returned rules and developed additional features upon our requests. We have tested multiple return apps after ReturnMagic sunset and found this one as the best option that exists in the Shopify app store. Highly recommend!

I have been looking for app like this for the last five years. There are a couple of apps that do similar things, but each of them was missing a functionality or is not as effective. What we like is that when you scan, a picture of the item appears which is additional verification and help. It works very smoothly and has a lot of of preferences and settings that can customise how to use the app quite a lot. Also, we suggested a feature and 1 week later they had it done and ready to test it... great! We have installed it on all our storefronts. Highly recommended
