Update- the issue was resolved as noted after this update! Appreciate the assistance. Have to have Google of course, but nobody answers the support questions submitted. So this leaves no choice other than to be very harsh in this review. Have had support questions out there for a week already an no response. not sure where they get directed to.

You may not be checking that email address to get to the messages. I'm going to follow up with you via email to get to the bottom of this and get it solved for you! Cíara
Has totally performed easily and wonderfully for my home page promotional pop up! would recommend. easy to use.
Amazing, so happy this app as invented and made for Shopify. I make Lots of videos and this makes loading onto all my platforms, especially directly tot he product page easier than anything else I have used before, thanks you!!!
