Customer support is difficult to get a hold of, the transfers take far longer than any other service I've used, and the money that they fumbled is being returned via check in the mail. Horrible. We appreciate the feedback and understand your frustration. We aim to improve the experience for all merchants using Bill Pay and will look to see how we can do better.
