Did exactly what it said it would do and support during set up was extremely quick and easy to access. Vincent from the Synctrack team was very helpful and set up was way quicker than I expected, we had it up and running in under an hour.

Loop is the worst company we have worked with in 11 years running Peppermayo US. Their prices are exorbitant, 3x their competitors, like ReturnGo and their support is the worst we have ever experienced. From experience, all the bells and whistle they sell does NOTHING to improve the refund rate. We were using Aftership before Loop and on Aftership, we only offered Gift Card and Refund and the refund rate was still lower than on Loop. They will change their coding to cause your refund to grow 100% month on month with no notice. They will hold you hostage to renew your agreement, be very very careful with the overage fees, where your per return rate will be $1.50 and overages will be $4.50. They won't alert you that you have gone over and let you accumulate your overage fees then before renew, they will say, pay $30,000 in overages or renew. Their sales and support are arrogant and unhelpful. Absolutely not worth 3x competitor, DO NOT USE. Use a platform like ReturnGo instead.
