Team Earth Trading

I have tried registering for the DHL account and never allows me to do it. Which means that the some customers inside Shopify are unable to register and there is never a solution to access support. I have sent a couple of inquiries to acknowledge my emails and texts and have not hear from anybody. I think the communications go to a black whole. It should be hard to get a response to give them business.
