When I write reviews, the names all become duplicate names. What's going on?

Thank you for raising your concerns. If the reviews are written with the same email address, the name will also be the same. To avoid this, make sure to use different email addresses for each review, or import the reviews with a CSV file instead. Our team has reached out to you with the detailed steps to do so. Hope to connect soon!
