Numeral has been a breath of fresh air for us! From customer support to tech support, everyone on their team is super knowledgable, friendly and incredibly responsive. If the person we contact can’t solve our issue, they very quickly find us someone who can. They don't just send us links to countless 'help articles', we deal with actual humans on a first name basis. They have never left us ‘hanging’ with an issue. We have tried other sales tax platforms, and Numeral is by far the best!

We absolutely love everything about Prediko. We moved away from an archaic way of managing our inventory, and Prediko has been a breath of fresh air. Their platform is gorgeous and it operates exactly how we need it. Its forecasting is best in class, and they are constantly releasing new features to help us manage our inventory better. And last, but not least, their support team is amazing!

I would 100% recommend Prive to any brand offering subscriptions. We were on Recharge for 3+ years and finally decided that it was time to move away from that archaic platform. Prive has been a breath of fresh air in the subscription space. Their support is phenomenal (should out to Kai, Edgar and Claudia), their features are exactly what we need, and the analytics actually load (*cough cough* Recharge). Half of our business is processed through subscriptions, so migrating platforms can definitely be an intimidating task, but the Prive team has made the transition incredibly smooth.
