App worked great! But out of the blue any of the installed rules won't apply in the checkout anymore. Which causes a lot of problems now for me. Support is not answering.

Jon was very fast and helpful with us today, also very friendly. Haven't used the app long enough to write a full review about the app, but seems nice.
