Early days for us, but we recently moved from another review app to Junip, and are very happy thus far. The UI is clear and there's plenty of functionality to keep one happy and, more importantly, one's customers happy.

Our web developer raised a customer support query with the Tagembed team on our behalf. Their response was swift and effective, including adding functionality to the app, and they were an absolute delight to deal with. The app runs very smoothly on both the mobile and desktop versions of our site. We're very grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending Pranay and his colleagues. First-class support.

We had some initial teething issues, which the Support team were very responsive in helping us sort out , but the app is working well now. This is the first review app we've used, so we have nothing to compare it with, but it ticks most of the boxes. The one additional piece of functionality which would be useful is the ability to manually change the review request send date for individual review requests.
