Installed the app today, and still figuring things out but very pleased to far! Also, great customer service from Hana and the team.
This app is providing us EXACTLY what we were looking for! Smooth combined listings with easy color matching for the swatches. Also enjoying the different options for the variant selectors. We had some questions and immediately received the help/feedback we needed via chat. So far, so good! :)
I needed a booking app so my local customers could book a private shopping moment at the shop/showroom. Right after installing the app, I bumped into some styling issues and Sam helped me immediately! Very friendly customer service. The app is doing exactly what I need, so definitely worth this 5-star review.
It is not the first translation app that we have tried and so far really satisfied with this app. I had some questions/issues and was helped very quickly and well by Joliann! Keep it up Team Transcy!
