I had an outstanding experience with German Drop, and I especially want to praise Kela. She is far more than just support – she is a true assistant in the best sense of the word. Kela is incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely caring. She doesn’t just answer questions; she anticipates needs, explains everything clearly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfectly taken care of. Communication was fast, friendly, and solution-oriented at all times. Thanks to her, the whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. You can really feel that she loves what she does and puts her heart into helping people. German Drop is excellent – but Kela makes it exceptional. Absolutely recommended.
