We have been using Net Parcel for years now and find it a real asset to our company. With the auto import of ship to information and feed back to Shopify with tracking number Net Parcel has really streamlined our whole shipping process. Their customer service is always willing to look at ways to improve the site and have even integrated some of our wishes and suggestions, and if we have an issue with a particular shipment their team takes care of it saving us time on the phone with the couriers.

I'm right now integrating this app with our store http://shop.elua.com . I can't yet report on results but the app is super easy to use and the live chat support has been awesome, above average for sure.
