I had a problem with my store, and I was completely new to using this app. I used the AI chat to ask some questions, and Customer service agent Abraão answered back. Abraão was very kind, informative, and attentive. He even advised me on a couple of fixes I could make to my store. Any time I have a question and need to reach out, I hope I get Abraão!

I just started using the app and have had no issues. When I ran out of my quota for the SKU's, Frank was able to increase my quota in a timely matter. He was very kind and efficient.
