I really needed their support for syncing my Etsy reviews and at the beginning it was a bit difficult however Noah and Arkeus were extremely helpful. They performed a lot of research for me to work this out. I have 35K reviews and it was a big task. They answered always as soon as they can and with valuable information. We made it work and Im very happy. They are very professional and really want to help.

We’ve been working closely with you in detail on this, reviewing the full dataset from Etsy. Based on the analysis, a significant portion of reviews (~32%) do not contain text, and Etsy’s API also limits how reviews are mapped when multiple listings or variants are involved. This can make the sync appear incomplete at the product level, even when a large portion of reviews has been successfully imported. To address this, we proposed a solution using product grouping, which allows reviews from similar or identical products (e.g., multiple listings or variants) to be displayed together on Shopify. This helps ensure your key products reflect the full volume of reviews they’ve received on Etsy. We’ve been following up to finalize this setup so everything is in place before your upcoming campaign, and we’re ready to proceed as soon as we have your confirmation. I have a large Etsy store for many years. We rank in top 100 stores globally. Trustify is by far the most responsive team I ever worked with.
