Wanted the widget to indicate which location would fulfill an online order. Support explained that GeoStock focuses on in-store availability rather than fulfillment routing, but they helped me add a static note showing our general shipping origin. Honest about scope while still finding a useful compromise.

Support was Honest with me when I asked about developer tools bypassing the right-click protection. They explained it stops casual copying but can't stop someone determined enough to use dev tools no App can. I appreciated the honesty. They suggested watermarking as a second layer, which I hadn't considered. The protection still catches 95% of the image theft attempts we were seeing.

Our electronics compete with a store that also sells clothing. I was getting irrelevant alerts about clothing price changes. Support set up category filtering so I only monitor their electronics collection. Alert volume dropped by about 70% and every remaining alert is actually relevant to my business.
