Asked about monitoring Amazon listings alongside Shopify. Support explained Snoopie focuses on Shopify stores specifically but helped me set up a separate monitoring approach for Amazon using their webhook integration. Not a native feature but they provided a path forward instead of just saying no.

Mobile site seemed slower than desktop after enabling protection. Support investigated and found the mobile protection script was loading an unnecessary font file. They removed it from our configuration and mobile performance improved. The kind of detail that shows they actually tested on mobile, not just desktop.
