Needed competitor pricing data in Excel for our merchandising team. Support showed me the CSV export feature that includes product name, price history, change dates, and percentage changes. The merchandising team now runs their own analysis without needing my help. Empowered the right people with the right data format.

Wanted to skip verification for our Gold tier loyalty members. Support configured a customer tag exemption — anyone tagged 'gold-tier' bypasses OTP automatically. My best customers get a frictionless experience while new customers still get verified. Exactly the segmentation I was hoping for.

Inventory discrepancy between GeoStock and Shopify admin turned out to be a sync timing issue. Support explained that the widget caches stock data to reduce API calls and showed me how to adjust the cache interval. Tightened it to 5-minute syncs and the numbers now match within acceptable margins. The tradeoff between accuracy and performance was clearly explained.

Migrating from another geo-blocking app and needed to replicate rules. Support helped me export my old app's settings and imported them into Securify through a CSV upload. All 47 country rules transferred correctly. The migration took about ten minutes instead of the hour I'd budgeted.
