I am new to the app (less than 10 hours) but Emily was super helpful with the questions I had and so far, it seems to be user-friendly. You have to at least be a high beginner level to activate some of the SEO tools though.

I have used the app for the past month. They have great customer service and provide timely follow-ups. The app has been a value-add offering to my customers and so far so good. Would recommend to other online stores.
