Customer support has been above and beyond. Overall, the app works as advertised. Has some quirks and limitations (especially the API), but how willing the team is to work with you to solve the problems makes a massive difference. Very excited to start & scale our referral program with this tool!

Parsel (and Saltbox) is so, so great. Parsel saves us a ton of money on shipping, is wicked easy to use via the Shopify integration and leaves us confident we're always getting a competitive (or maybe even the best) rate. Highly recommend!
