When you get to speak to a person, you don't have the mental load of trying to figure out what AI would understand. This app is very easy to use and perfect for our needs. We are a flower shop and were able to add required fields to the product page to collect a card message and recipient's phone number. I decided I wanted to add the card message to the customer's confirmation email so the customer could review the card message they inputted. Customer service got back to me right away with very detailed instructions, including screen shots, on how to add the code for this. I highly recommend this app!
