If you want a loyalty app 1000% Get this one! I found this gem while looking to replace smile.io. I can't believe Bon Loyalty is FREE!! This app is so customizable, easy to set up, my VIP's love how clean and easy to understand it is. Customer service has been amazing on helping if I needed to know how to tweak something or letting us give feedback for future features. The email program is still in Beta and they are great on taking notes of any issues or changes. Emile was helping me off and on tonight with questions I had. I LOVE she encouraged questions no matter the time. She stated just ask and they will get back to me. They are in a totally different time zone. She was so professional. Emile even took time to ask my name to get to know me better. What app does that? This is my favorite app I have so far over paid or free! I can't wait to see as they grow what else they will offer!

3rd Update: My account no longer works again. It will not save the disable mobile feature. I will be uninstalling. 2nd update: After agreeing to update my review they have fixed the issue. I can now disable the pop up on mobile and it stays. Hopefully the data will start tracking again as well. Update: With in a few mins of posting this review. Customer support reached out to me. They indicated that if you had the older free app it no longer works. Supposedly they send an email to let you know. I never had an email, the pop up still tracks orders, pops up on the site. However it doesn't show the data in your dashboard and you can't actually disable the pop ups. I will update my review if a resolution is found. If not I will just delete the app and move on. Shame I loved it when it worked. Initial Review: It used to work great. It has not shown my data results in a long time. No matter how many times I disable it for mobile it still is there. I have reached out to support several times with their chat box saying if you see this we are online ready to help. No one ever answers.
I love this app! I love the seasonal things you can add to your site. My customers love them more. I get comments all the time on the cute hearts that drop from the sticky cart. The Quick Buy icon has increased our sales greatly. It makes it so easy for shoppers. This app is amazing as you are set up in just a few clicks. If you can't figure it out their customer service is top notch! Mohit was amazing in helping to get cart slider set up visually how I wanted it. I loved I could send a screenshot showing the issue then with in mins he had it fixed and would tweak it till it was just how I wanted it. This app is a must for any store!
