Easy to set up and use, with automated email to solicit feedback from customers and option to reply in public or private, we are very happy with this app. We also integrated a review carousel on our shop pages. Highly recommended.
Tried several time to connect Facebook with Shopify and doesn't work. All I do is exactly as shown in the instructions and at the end it says "account not connected".... And not even leaving a critical review works? Is that how low we got?
