We're a small business. Prior to installing I was able to use broadcasts for my business. After installing I can no longer access broadcasts or even find a paid way to send out marketing comms at scale from Whatsapp. I'm likely to just remove this Whatsapp integration. It does automate customer order updates, so that's nice, but it's not helping me grow my business.
