Support is awesome, there's quite a bit of customisation by default but anything extra, support helped manually adjust it to fit our store. Especially when there were a few errors they sorted it within 20mins.

Very generous Free plan but the UI/UX is great, there was a time where it was weird on mobile but the new shopify mobile update has fixed that.
