I have two criticisms, and they’re worth noting. First, the batch credit expiration setup is buried under "Advanced Settings," which took me 10 minutes to locate. Second, the refund handling defaults to deducting credit before cash, which you'll want to change if you process many returns. Both are fixable, but the documentation could be more transparent. That said, the app has run for a while without a single downtime incident. Cashback calculations are accurate.

Airo made our inventory labeling process much more professional. Automatic SKU generation with prefixes and duplicate checks is a huge plus. Highly recommended for anyone managing many products.
