Highly recommend. There is so much you can do with grapevine and the support and expertise the company provides is next level. As a small business owner, I wanted to know more about where my customers were coming from. I started with a simple post order survey and am blown away by how much more I can do now that I'm digging in. They also have a fantastic integration wiht Klaviyo and an MCP server, so i'm super excited to get these set up. So much value!

Thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It's great to hear that starting with a simple post-purchase survey has opened up so many more possibilities as you've explored further. The Klaviyo integration and MCP server are well worth digging into, and we'll be here should you need a hand setting them up!
