Claudio was incredibly patient and helpful. I'm not tech-savvy, but he stuck with me and did everything he could to get the app set up on my new site.
I'm not really sure about the app at this point. I just know that my chat with NIEL was great. He had so much patience with me because this is definitely not my forte and he stayed with me through it all. We'll see how the app works for my needs, I just know it was a pleasant experience, figuring out how to install the app. I'll live with it for a while and see what I can learn as I go along. Thank you NIEL!

"Free to install", so I installed it and instantly received an email: Charge name Concept Plan Charge approval date April 23, 2021 Approved usage limit Up to $3.95 every 30 days I don't want this app for up to $3.95 every 30 days. I immediately deleted the app and will follow up with my bank for disputing any charges that may come through. Not clear on cost of this app. Seems sleazy to me.

Hello, this message only means that you approve for any charge if your number of page visits in a month crosses 1000. Currently you have not been charged anything. You can confirm this with Shopify team. I kindly request you to please update your review as a harsh negative review affects us a lot.
The least intuitive app I've ever used. I made several efforts to upload my entire Shopify store onto FB but am guessing that if 1 out of over 500 items has an issue that the entire batch is rejected. None of this is made clear in this app. I'll try loading just one or two and see what happens. My problem with this app is lack of clarity on how it works.
