We purchased the largest plan and everything was looking good, but BEWARE. This app put all us sellers in risk. The app falls short protecting sellers financials. If you select a product with 100% discount, for example, to give a free gift, the customers can put as many of those products as they want under cart since there is no logical restriction or limit based on the products they bought. I reported through email and they sound like this is not something very important to them, but it’s definitely critical for us as sellers otherwise we lose money for every unintentional gift we give! This is an easy fix. Hopefully we can see it. changed and fixed within the next hours. Until then, their risk associated with stores profitability being unintentionally affected.
Please do not install this app. This app injected code that ruined our site, after installing it nothing was working...NOTHING! Our menu is gone, products not displaying, the shop is not working, same with menus, footer. Every hour the site is down cost us money. Now we don't know what to do to go back and have the site functioning again. We will need to spend money with a developer to get the site back. Apps like this shouldn't be even allowed, the damage caused is considerable, there's no easy way back to recover what you have built. Even the support doesn't know what happened and how to fix it.

Hi there, I'm Maria, the Customer Support Manager for the EComposer app. I would like to send you the deepest sorry for your experience. After thoroughly investigating the issue, we found that there was a conflict between EComposer Page Builder and the Locksmith app. And the issue has been fixed within few hours. It's important to note that Locksmith has a notice on their site indicating that their app is not compatible with page builder apps (so every other page builder can get the same issue). We did make it compatible from our end previously, maybe Locksmith had some updates recently so that cause the issue. I believe everything is fine now on your site.
