Excellent support and a custom events feature that other pixel apps lack: Free app, full Conversions API support, and setup took minutes. Deduplication works and standard events arrive cleanly in Events Manager. The custom events feature is what sets it apart. Being able to define click triggers with a CSS selector, without touching pixel code, let us track outbound affiliate clicks that no Shopify-native tracking picks up. We ran into an issue where a custom event on a link added via a Custom Liquid block did not appear in Events Manager. Aleena escalated it to the product team, they investigated our actual store setup, and confirmed the event was firing correctly. Fast, technical, and patient throughout.

Outstanding support, even on a Sunday I contacted Judge.me support on a Sunday expecting to wait until Monday for a reply. Instead, I got a response within one minute of starting the chat. The agent understood the issue right away and fixed it quickly, and the result looks exactly as it should. This level of responsiveness and competence is rare. Highly recommended.

What impressed me most was that the support team had already gone through our settings for the automatic synchronization with e-conomic and put together recommendations on how to avoid errors in our accounting – all before our scheduled Google Meet.
