Subiksha was very helpful today in getting me on the right plan for Pickeasy when I couldn't work out how to do it, responding to the online chat very promptly and then setting up a Zoom call to take me through it. Thank you for your quick help and explaining everything clearly!

Had great service from Lohit via the messaging app this morning. I had an issue with splitting products (where basically the split job was in progress for 14 hours without completing!) but this was resolved quickly for me, with great communication and updates along the way.
