I shipped $200 worth of goods, but it shows 'payment pending', and I have not received the money. I contacted Shopify, and they said the retailer did not have sufficient funds at the time of ordering. In that case, the order should not have been allowed in the first place. I sent the merchandise but did not receive payment. This app does not protect suppliers, and I do not recommend it.

We're sorry to hear this. After reviewing your account, we found that orders were fulfilled while still in 'Payment pending' status. Collective displays a pending icon on the order and includes a note recommending you wait until the order is marked as 'Paid' before shipping. For future orders, we recommend checking that orders show 'Paid' before fulfilling, or adjusting any automations you may have in place to exclude orders in 'Payment pending' status. Their bundles work flawlessly, and although the plans are a bit pricey, the overall value and reliability make it a worthwhile investment. Recommended for those seeking dependable service and quality. However, ensure everything works correctly before activating bundles, as there were issues with incorrect discounts when multiple bundles or discounts were in the cart, though mine is fixed now.

Of course the app is working very well, easy and looks nice, but the best thing is the customer service. Every time I had questions, they answered me fast and solve the problems. And even it was not their problem they helped me. My website got some problems with the codes one day, and I was in panic.... when Shopify was saying that I would need an expert for this issue, the guy name 'An' from this app solved the problem just in two minutes. He grasped the point of the problem quickly. They are just so great!!!
