Als kleiner Spezialhändler stand ich vor der neuen Widerrufsbutton-Pflicht (§ 356a BGB) und habe eine Lösung gesucht, die ich ohne Entwickler umsetzen kann – und genau das liefert diese App. Die Einrichtung war in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Das Formular bringt von Haus aus die drei Pflichtfelder (Name, E-Mail, Bestellnummer) mit, der Widerrufsgrund ist korrekt optional, und das zweistufige Verfahren mit der Schaltfläche "Widerruf bestätigen" entspricht genau den gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Besonders wertvoll: die automatische Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail mit Datum und Uhrzeit – das ist der Teil, den das Shopify-Standardformular nicht abdeckt, und hier funktioniert er zuverlässig. Dank Testmodus konnte ich den kompletten Ablauf vorab durchspielen, bevor ich live gegangen bin. Für jeden, der seinen Shop fristgerecht und rechtssicher aufstellen will, eine klare Empfehlung. 5 Sterne.
