We’ve been using Milkyway Delivery + Returns for local deliveries and returns, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The app is easy to set up and works smoothly with our store, even on the latest themes. Same-day delivery has been a big plus for our local customers, and the return flow is simple and convenient, which customers genuinely appreciate. What we liked most is the transparent pricing and real-time updates and it makes operations much easier to manage. The flexibility to schedule deliveries or request on-demand delivery is also very helpful during busy days. Support has been responsive whenever we had questions, and the app does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity.

Thanks so much for sharing about your experience and for giving Milkyway Delivery + Returns a try. We're glad to hear setup was smooth on your store and that same-day delivery has been beneficial for your local customers. We built Milkyway around transparent pricing and real-time updates, so learning that it’s making your day-to-day operations easier means a lot. And yes, that flexibility to schedule deliveries or request on-demand delivery is exactly for those busy days when things get hectic. Appreciate the kind words about support too. If you ever want to fine-tune anything in your delivery zones, cutoff times, or the returns settings, just reach out and we’ll help you get it dialed in. Thanks again for sharing your experience.
As a brand that relies heavily on visuals, I needed a way to make my editorial photos shoppable without it looking clunky. I used the CZ Lookbook to create a gallery for our new collection, and being able to add 'hotspots' (where customers click the item in the photo and go straight to the product) is fantastic. It makes the site look much more high-end and interactive. It’s definitely helped increase the time people spend on the site. The free plan is generous enough to test it out, but the value for the aesthetic upgrade is definitely there.
I was on the fence about this one because I didn't want Indoniq to look like a discount bazaar, but Make an Offer is actually really smart. I use it primarily for older collections that I want to move. Instead of slapping a big ugly 'SALE' sticker on everything, I let customers feel like they're winning a deal by 'bargaining' with the AI. It automates the negotiation based on my minimum price, so I don't have to manually approve every offer. It keeps engagement high and helps clear stock quietly.
We’ve tried a few tools that just show charts and don’t really help you decide what to do. This one feels different. It helped us catch stockout risks earlier and made planning reorders way less of a guessing game. If you’re trying to stay on top of inventory without overcomplicating things, it’s worth it.
