This app is definitely a game changer when it comes to providing insights on customer behaviour. Useful for determining design flaws and what users are struggling to locate or expect elements to do on a page based on clicks. Customer support is fast, friendly and very accommodating. The support team is nothing short of amazing. Fast, friendly and great at identifying any issues. Had an issue fixed very promptly. Jasmine and Raymon were great to work with!

This app works great and lot's of great features to build any form you need to run your business. Customer service is one of the best I have seen. Had a small issue, response time in chat was very quick and they solved my issue within minutes with their development team.
