I was very disappointed with this app. Product matching was often inaccurate, which meant spending extra time manually checking competitors. I also experienced reliability issues with competitor tracking and found support unhelpful when trying to resolve problems. Overall, the app did not deliver the accuracy and consistency I expected, and I felt it was not worth the money spent.
