I had an amazing experience with Viola from the Avada SEO Suite team. She was extremely kind, fast, and helpful in solving my issue. The support was top-notch, and it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The Avada SEO Suite app itself is also excellent – very intuitive, easy to use, and it really helps optimize my store for better search performance. Highly recommended both the app and the support team!

This app is excellent and really innovative for SEO and AEO. It helps optimize visibility for both Google and AI search engines. But what impressed me the most was the support team. Tobias assisted me better than I’ve ever experienced with any other app — very fast, clear, and extremely kind. He solved my request immediately and even went beyond my expectations. If you want not only a great SEO tool but also outstanding customer support, this app is definitely worth it.

Great app + amazing support! I started using Kaching while testing my store, and it already helped me generate a sale through the order bump feature — which was super easy to set up and worked perfectly. The support team is also incredible. Rytis helped me personally with a billing concern and offered a generous long-term discount, which really made a difference for me as I’m still building my store. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to boost AOV with a seamless experience!
