I've been using this app for subscriptions for a few months and I'm honestly blown away by the level of support offered by the team here. Nothing is any trouble for them - from set up, to ongoing / ad hoc questions I have, they are incredibly responsive and provide very detailed instructions (along with helpful screenshots - ideal for a technophobe like me). I also really appreciate their willingness to work with smaller stores like mine. The app was easy to set up and they offered plenty of help with this. Since then, the subscription feature has brought in additional sales for me so I'm really pleased. I've had this app on my store for a while and as a micro-batch skincare brand with quite a few handmade products, I find this app really helpful for monitoring and keeping on top of my stock levels as it alerts me when I need to make more (you can set the stock thresholds to suit your needs). My tech manager set this up for me but I recently had to update it to adjust the products included - I didn't find this process immediately intuitive (as I'm a technophobe) but the support team was very responsive and helped me figure it out very quickly! Highly recommend :)
