Great platform! Every store gets a customer success partner, and ours has done a lot of influencer marketing which is helpful. The team is super professional and helpful. The only downside is that the entry level pricing didn't give us the amount of usage we needed to do large gifting / monitoring without upgrading.

Thanks so much for the kind words and for shouting out our success team (they’re the best, I agree!) Totally hear you on the starter plan. It’s built for growing programs, but for larger gifting and monitoring, the upgrade can come quicker than we'd like. Appreciate you calling that out. Feedback like this helps us improve. Glad to have you with us ♥️
