this app was uninstalled in december still getting charged in january for the app thats not being used

I understand that the way Shopify bills for apps can be confusing at times. Your last charge for using Sales Pop was at the end of November and payment for that charge was never collected. When you uninstall an app or close your Shopify store any outstanding charges are not cancelled and will still be on your billing statement when you reopen your store. All apps on Shopify must meet strict billing standards established by the platform and we are not continuing to charge you after you cancelled your subscription to Sales Pop. We also issued you a refund for your October charge as requested after you contacted us via Shopify.
there is no way to filter fake reviews - There is one on my site now left 5 stars talks about someother store
